  Laura had never actually used a gym before joining the Skeleton team! Laura was the first Welsh woman to win a Winter Olympic medal and in 2018 she shared the Olympic podium with Lizzy Yarnold, who won gold - the first time two competitors have shared a podium in British Winter Olympic history.
