About Sam From Keyworth, Nottingham, and growing up in a football family, but turned to gymnastics thanks to a teacher's suggestion. Training at Notts Gymnastics Academy for two decades, he’s racked up impressive accolades including Junior European Team Champion (2008), Triple Junior European Champion (2010), and a London 2012 Olympic Team Bronze. Sam tells his story of how he used his boundless energy to his advantage, channelling it into gymnastics to achieve his dreams of becoming an Olympic medallist.
