• About Liz
  After a paralysis-inducing accident, Liz turned to adaptive sports, eventually discovering triathlon through a lifeguard’s suggestion. She excelled in numerous races, winning many medals and becoming the second female wheelchair athlete to complete the Ironman World Championships in Kona, Hawaii, in 2018.
