About Lesley Owusu Lesley has achieved remarkable success on both national and international stages. She proudly represented Great Britain and was the European record holder for the 600 yards. Lesley's athletic spark was ignited at just 7 years old by a schoolyard race her brother organised, encouraging Lesley to race the fastest girl at school, and she won! This gave her a huge confidence boost and later, after being encouraged by her teachers, Lesley joined her local athletics club and never looked back.
