  Leif grew up in South Wales with a passion for sport from an early age. After developing a disability following a rugby injury, he turned to martial arts, becoming a British National Para Taekwondo Champion and representing Team GB internationally. A black belt in kickboxing and taekwondo, Leif now inspires others through sport.
