• About Kara
  Kara grew up in a very active family, enjoying a range of sports and followed her sister into swimming at a young age. She has gone on to become the first athlete from the Western Isles to represent Scotland and Great Britain at the Commonwealth, European and World Championships! Now, Kara hopes to inspire young people to believe in what’s possible, no matter where they come from.
