- About JoGB Olympic swimmer Joanne specialises in the 200m, 400m and 800m freestyle events. She swam in her first Olympic Games in Athens aged just 17. She has since broken a world record, become Britain’s most successful female swimmer and represented her country at 3 Olympic Games. If she hadn't taken up swimming Joanne says she would have liked to be a teacher
