  From growing up on a farm in the English countryside to winning a medal at the Olympic Games. Emily's journey to becoming an Olympic medallist was not without obstacles. She missed out on a medal Tokyo Olympics due to breaking her jaw in 5 places after qualifying, but she didn't let that stop her and she overcame the setback to win a Bronze medal at the next Olympics.
