    Caradh grew up in Sligo, in the Northwest of Ireland. She was really into sport from a young age and started kickboxing after her local football club told her they don’t take girls.

    Winning a World Cup after being told I would have to quit sport from being sick.

    Caradh became Senior Irish National Champion in Karate 3 months after starting the sport!
