  Alice Sharpe’s journey started with early mornings and big dreams! Born in Germany and raised in Cambridge, Alice grew up in a sporty household with an Irish dad and an English mum who taught her the importance of commitment. From swim club to cross-country races, she gave everything a go—and when she discovered triathlon at 11, she never looked back!
